We are wanting to tap into a primal and automatic part of the brain where the audience thinks "Oh, I love this" and hits share, like, or comment without even thinking about it. Want to write better short video scripts? Read the blog How to Write Video Scripts That Sell
Don't, don't talk about going viral, just go viral. Or even better still don't focus on viral at all! Just make awesome content that YOU find exciting and engaging. The reason any content would go viral is because it emotionally resonates. If you're trying to "go viral" and that is your only goal, there is a good chance you will miss that goal. If you make content that you yourself love there is a very good chance that others will love it too.
Focus on the story, focus on empathy, create content that gets people identifying with it so much that others cannot help, but share that content. It makes no difference if you're B2B or B2C, you need to create content that is emotional (both happy/sad) or transformational. Give back to your audience by posting content that will emotionally resonate and transform their day in some way, no matter how big or small.
Focus on the editorial (what the story is and what message it is sending), focus on telling a really engaging, informative funny or sad story. Or better still, show don't tell! Let the action in the video tell a great story. When you do this people will feel the need to share it.
I hope you found this useful if you did, share the blog on social media so we can help others.
